Our thoughts aren’t us, yet most of us until we learn otherwise believe they are and behave according to random negative thoughts. It can be a painful, difficult process to realise that your stream of thinking is not who you are, it’s also something you know already so it can appear to come as no surprise when you fully realise it. Your thoughts are important because they lead you to have certain attitudes and act out behaviours based on how you think your world is.
