My spiritual master used to say that it is a material principle that failure is the pillar of success, but it can also be applied to our spiritual lives. Stick-to-it-ness, perseverance, and never giving up is the advice given over and over again, generation after generation and one of the most important attributes for success. Have you ever stopped to consider why?
