Many shy and unconfident people enter new situations wondering what the people they are meeting are going to make of them. If they go to an interview they go there with the attitude that ‘whatever you want me to be that is what I will be’. When they enter new relationships they take this malleable attitude with them, ‘who do you want me to be so that I can be accepted by you?’ But this of course is the wrong first impression and has a long lasting effect because you will never be able to live up to other people’s expectations of you…

Personal beliefs act similarly to a large filter extremely helpful when individuals receive information from outside. Unconsciously, these beliefs extend their role beyond the filtering assignment, these thoughts may become extremely active when individuals start making decisions or initiate certain self-oriented actions.

Human behaviour is a very complex area and psychology is even more complex; both subjects have been the subject of numerous research projects over the years, by some of the greatest thinkers and therapists of our time, starting with the work of Freud, Pavlov, Maslow and then to the formation of NLP by Bandler & Grinder, who modelled the work of such people as Virginia Satir and Milton Ericsson. One fact however, stands out above all, that we are in control of our minds and therefore in control of everything that we want to achieve.

Do you know that emotional baggage is responsible for failed relationships, the inability to succeed in life, feelings of inadequacy, low self esteem, low self confidence, anxiety, depression, negative thoughts and feelings, shyness, performance anxiety, a negative attitude, pessimism, procrastination, recurring failures, and the inability to attract positive experiences into ones’ life, etc.? Do you know that emotional baggage refers to the sum total of all negative memories stored inside your unconscious mind and which behaves much like a pirate that has hijacked your mind/body and life away from you? Do you know that it is not only necessary but now possible to completely remove this clandestine negative intruder from within simply by erasing those memories? How does one do that you ask?

Do you know that negative memories not only weigh you down they are also responsible for low self esteem, low self confidence, feelings of inadequacy, performance anxiety, negative thoughts, repeated failures, self sabotaging behaviours, the inability to form healthy relationships, the inability to succeed, fears and phobias, anxiety, and the inability to attract positive opportunities into your life just to name a few? Do you know that those memories, like outdated computer software can be deleted permanently and completely leaving you feeling lighter, self confident, attractive, worthy, good about yourself, capable, competent, adequate, resilient, renewed, enthusiastic, optimistic and empowered etc.? How does one do that you ask?
